The Equipment list is displayed in a Default View, which includes Name, Equipment Type, Status, and Actions columns. The Equipment list view can be customized to display equipment data of the user's choice. To add a custom view, click on the Default View drop-down menu and select Edit This View.
An Edit table view window will pop up with all available fields including the custom fields to select into the Active Table View. To move the available fields to the Active Table view, select a column in the Available Table Columns and using the arrows, move the field to the right-hand side panel.
In addition to selecting the fields that should be displayed in the Sample List by selecting them in the right-hand side panel, users can change the following settings:
- Order of fields - change the order of the displayed columns in the table by moving fields up and down using the arrows
- Sort Column - set which column to sort by and whether the sorting should be in ascending/descending order
- View Filters - preset the Status and Equipment Type to the custom view
Once the preferred displayed columns have been chosen, click Apply or Apply and Save. If the Apply and Save button is clicked, a pop-up window will appear to prompt the user to add a name to the custom view. Once saved, the Equipment list will be displayed with the selected columns and chosen sorting order.
