Users are able to add bookings to equipment in the lab to reserve them for usage. For the booking planner to be visible, it must be enabled for each piece of equipment. This can be enabled on the Edit Equipment page and by checking off the Enable Planner checkbox.
Once enabled, users can navigate to the Inventory Browser tab under the Inventory page and open the Equipment section in the navigation panel. Then the user can select the equipment they would like to book and click on the Bookings tab.
To add a booking, the user can either click on the + Booking button or drag and select the time of the desired booking.
Users can also use the Mobile App to see the equipment planner and make booking(s).
