Advanced sample searches that must be performed regularly can be saved in the Search List for easy access. After performing an advanced search, users can click Save Search to add the search criteria as an entry in the Search List tab.
Enter a label for the search and click Save.
The Search Lists tab will become available in the toolbar. The user can click on a shortcut to run a search of the inventory using the saved search criteria.
Note: the Search List tab is only visible when there are saved searches; if all saved searches are deleted, the tab will be removed
Search Lists can be managed by clicking Manage Search Lists. Here, users can delete, rename or update the search criteria for saved searches.
