When a user leaves a lab, there are two options: remove the user from the lab or block the user. Blocked users remain members of the lab but cannot view the group's data. To block a user, navigate to Group Members within the Configuration tab. Alternatively, navigate to the Groups drop-down and click Manage Members.
Select Blocked from the user role drop-down menu.
Note: In addition to the Administrator and the Normal user roles, Blocked is also a default user role within the system
Note: blocked users are not counted as an active seat in your license plan. After blocking a user, the license assigned to their account will automatically be removed and become available for another user.
