Experiment data in the digital lab notebook is added and stored in Sections. Within an experiment, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Section to create a new section.
Enter a section title and select the type of section to be added. Users can choose from a variety of section types, including text paragraphs, protocol templates, samples, images, files, and drawings. There are also dedicated sections to include an Excel spreadsheet or to draw a chemical structure. Users can change the section date to keep sections in chronological order.
Note: In compliance with GLP, a timestamp is recorded when a section is added and displayed in the section footer
