To manually reset the password for an account, navigate to Manage Accounts in the System Admin Panel. Find the account by entering the email address and click Reset Password in the Actions menu.
Note: when user authentication is handled by a federated organisation login (AD/LDAP/ADFS/SSO), the password reset is not active
A new password is generated in the popup window that appears. Provide this password to the user and click Reset to confirm the password update.
After providing the user with the new password, this password can be changed.
Note: users also have the option to reset their own password using the Forgot password option while logging in
