We’re excited to keep you informed about the latest product updates, features, and tools designed to enhance your experience with eLabNext. 

Disclaimer: All updates are currently available for cloud users. For dedicated installations, updates will be available after the scheduled quarterly release on 24 November.

Key feature: Equipment section

Enhance equipment tracking and documentation by utilizing the Equipment Section option in your experiments. 

Improved: Image Editor in Experiment Image and Text sections

Annotate, edit, and enhance images directly in your digital lab notebook. Use intuitive tools like transparent shapes, cropping, and quick save/revert options to boost efficiency and eliminate the need for third-party software.

New: eLabNext Support Platform

The new eLabNext Support Platform centralizes product documentation, support requests, and essential resources, making it easier for users to find information and get help. 

New: Protocols.io Add-on

Install the new add-on to easily search, import, and manage protocols from the Protocols.io repository directly within your ELN. 

Note: This Add-on does not sync files between the ELN and the Protocols.io repository. A copy of the file is uploaded to the ELN and will be tracked separately in the ELN in accordance with GLP compliance.

New: DMPTool.org Add-on

Streamline workflows and enhance collaboration by integrating and managing data management plans from DMPTool within eLabNext

Coming soon: OneDrive Add-on

Connect your OneDrive account to eLabNext for easy and secure access to all of your files. Add images, documents, and more to your experiments.
