To provide full system access and system control, eLabNext offers the option to assign a System Administrator. The System administrator is able to manage system-wide settings or policies, such as configuration of SAML, changing system settings, importing data, changing sharing settings, managing user accounts and installing the system license. A system administrator can also delegate tasks by assigning an Organisation Admin.
To assign a System Admin, navigate to the System Admin panel and open the System tab. Open Assign System Admin. Select the organisation and click Add System Admin.
Find the user by email address in the window and click Add System Admin. Once the system admin has been added, full system access is granted.
