Marketplace Add-on installationeLabNext offers a wide range of add-ons and integrations to enhance the functionality of your digital lab platform. The categories include biobanking, utilities, productivity, and reporting. The eLab Marketplace is conveniently available within the eLabNext platform, making it easy to find, install, and start using add-ons immediately. To install an add-on, navigate to the Marketplace tab and choose "Install" for the add-on you'd like to add. Depending on the add-on or your organization-wide settings, some add-ons might already be installed for you by default. |
To connect a sensor to a device in eLabJournal, navigate to the equipment storage unit to view the device. On the device, the Elemental Machine section is now available to connect the sensor.
Click Connect Sensor and enter or scan the Elemental Machines sensor Device Serial Number and click Save.
The sensor readings will now show up on the device.
Additionally, real-time temperature readings will become visible in the Inventory Browser (this may require activation via the add-on configuration).
To manage any linked devices to storage units or equipment, navigate to the add-on configuration. Under Manage Connected Devices, all equipment is listed to which sensors are connected. Here, users can unlink any sensor from any storage unit or equipment in eLabJournal.
