As Labfolder and SciSure use different data structures, some content will appear differently after migration. The migration process adapts the Labfolder structure to match the SciSure data model while preserving the underlying experimental content.
This means that Labfolder entries will appear as experiments within studies, which are organized inside projects in SciSure.
After the migration is completed, each experiment will initially include only the original entry owner as a collaborator. Existing share settings, group permissions, and additional user access from Labfolder are not migrated due to differences in the permission models between the two systems.
As a result, administrators and users will need to recreate group structures, share settings, and user permissions manually within SciSure after the migration.

These guides explain how to create groups, assign roles, and manage access to experiments and projects within the SciSure platform.
